Bookkeeping Services
Initial 30-Day Setup & Cleanup Period
For the first 30 days of service, bookkeeping will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour. During this period, services include:
Setting up accounting software (if needed)
Cleaning up existing bookkeeping records
Bringing all accounts current
Organizing and categorizing historical transactions
Reconciling prior periods as necessary
An estimate of hours will be provided where possible; however, actual billing will be based on time incurred.
Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping Services
(Beginning After Initial 30 Days)
Monthly bookkeeping services begin at $350 per month, which includes:
Up to 100 transactions per account
1 checking account
1 savings account
1 credit card account
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
Additional Fees
Each additional bank or credit card account: $50 per month
If any account exceeds 100 transactions in a month (up to 200 transactions), an additional $75 will be billed for that account for that month only
If transaction volume returns below 100 in the next month, the additional charge will not apply
Payroll journal entries (if payroll is processed by a third party): $100 per month
Sales tax preparation and filing: $125 per month
Any services outside the scope listed above will be discussed and approved prior to additional billing.
