Bookkeeping Services

Initial 30-Day Setup & Cleanup Period

For the first 30 days of service, bookkeeping will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour. During this period, services include:

  • Setting up accounting software (if needed)

  • Cleaning up existing bookkeeping records

  • Bringing all accounts current

  • Organizing and categorizing historical transactions

  • Reconciling prior periods as necessary

An estimate of hours will be provided where possible; however, actual billing will be based on time incurred.

Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping Services

(Beginning After Initial 30 Days)

Monthly bookkeeping services begin at $350 per month, which includes:

  • Up to 100 transactions per account

  • 1 checking account

  • 1 savings account

  • 1 credit card account

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports

Additional Fees

  • Each additional bank or credit card account: $50 per month

  • If any account exceeds 100 transactions in a month (up to 200 transactions), an additional $75 will be billed for that account for that month only

  • If transaction volume returns below 100 in the next month, the additional charge will not apply

  • Payroll journal entries (if payroll is processed by a third party): $100 per month

  • Sales tax preparation and filing: $125 per month

Any services outside the scope listed above will be discussed and approved prior to additional billing.
